Custom Salesforce Application Guide.

Litty Readers Community Library is a traveling community library that was looking for a CRM to track and manage title selections and patrons. LRCL services underserved populations that need literacy services and thus needed a low cost option.

This Salesforce application was developed for Litty Readers Community Library to track patron check-outs, volunteer processes, and the lifecycle of acquired texts. This document gave instructions for community librarians on the process of maintaining their Salesforce application. This guide provides information on how to create a salesforce app from inception to completion including, but not limited to:
